Welcome to OZ Tech Guru. By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any repair or service.
Service Agreement
By submitting your device for repair, you authorize OZ Tech Guru to carry out diagnostics, repairs, and testing as required. You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device or have obtained legal authorization for its repair.
Accidental Damage During Repair
While we take the utmost care during repairs, in rare instances, accidental damage may occur.
If accidental damage occurs due to our handling, we will:

Attempt to repair the damage using high-quality third-party parts at no additional cost to you, or

Return your device in the same condition it was received, if repair is not possible.
Repair Device Assessment and Repair Process
All devices are thoroughly assessed before any repairs are carried out. We do our best to ensure your device is returned in proper working order after repair.
In the event that a repair is not successful or feasible, your device will be returned in the same condition as it was received, to the best of our ability.
Repair Turnaround Time
We strive to complete repairs promptly; however, turnaround times may vary based on device condition, part availability, or unforeseen complications. Any quoted timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion period.
Data Protection
While we take all precautions, OZ Tech Guru is not liable for any data loss during repairs. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before submitting devices for service.
Warranty
Repairs are covered by a 30 - 90 days limited warranty on parts and workmanship (see our Warranty Policy for details). This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or third-party interference after service.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days of notification will be considered abandoned. OZ Tech Guru reserves the right to recycle, dispose of, or sell such devices to recover costs.
Use Third-Party Parts
Unless specified, repairs may involve high-quality aftermarket or refurbished parts.

Repairs may include the use of third-party (non-original) parts, especially when original parts are unavailable or economically unviable.

We ensure all third-party parts used meet industry standards and are tested for quality and performance.
- OEM parts can be requested at an additional cost where available.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of the repair. OZ Tech Guru accepts cash, cards, and approved digital payment methods. Devices will only be returned once payment is cleared.
Limitation of Liability
OZ Tech Guru is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or device failure unrelated to the repair conducted.
