What Our Warranty Covers
- Defective Parts: If the part we replaced during your repair fails due to a manufacturer defect within warranty period, we’ll replace it at no cost.
- Workmanship Issues: If the issue arises from a fault in our repair process, such as loose connections or improper fitting, we’ll fix it free of charge.
What Our Warranty Doesn’t Cover
- Physical or Liquid Damage: Any damage caused after the repair, including cracks, dents, or liquid damage, voids the warranty.
- Third-Party Tampering: Repairs or alterations made by other technicians or DIY attempts will invalidate the warranty.
- Battery Performance: While we replace batteries with high-quality parts, natural wear and reduced capacity over time are not covered unless there’s a clear defect.
- Data Loss: We advise backing up all data before repairs. OZ Tech Guru is not responsible for data loss during service.
- Software-related problems: Oz Tech Guru is not responsible for issues caused by updates or apps, after the repair.
