How long does an iPad screen repair take?
Most standard screen replacements are completed within approximately 1–2 hours after drop-off, depending on part availability and the nature of the damage.
Do I need to book an appointment or can I just walk in?
You do not necessarily need to book ahead — you can walk into our store during business hours.
Can I mail in my iPad for screen repair?
Yes — we accept mail-in repairs. Before sending your device you should contact us for shipping instructions and provide a description of the issue.
Is there a warranty on the repair? What does it cover?
Yes — our repair service is backed by a 12 months warranty. The warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage or issues caused by third-party intervention.
Will I lose my data during an iPad screen replacement?
We do not reset your data unless absolutely necessary and with your permission. However we recommend that you back up your device beforehand since there is always a small risk of data loss during hardware repairs.
Do you use genuine/premium parts for the screen replacement?
Yes, We use premium or genuine parts, and emphasise transparency, no hidden charges, and premium-quality spares.
How much does it cost to repair an iPad screen?
It depends on the extent of damage your iPad has suffered, and the model number of your device.
What kinds of devices do you repair?

What happens if you find additional damage during screen repair?
If there’s a more complex issue (logic board, water damage) we will inform you of additional repair time or cost. Standard screen repairs may take longer or need parts ordered if underlying damage emerges.
